The typical buying process on commercial deals is as follows:

• Release of initial project detail usually covering yield, type of property, guide price, tenancy and fees.
• Client interest confirmed to us with a Letter of Intent and NDNC or Proof of Funds.
• Full release of project data or direct contact with ownership provided.
• Follow up, negotiation assistance and Due Diligence period.
• Contract to purchase.

Fees vary on a project-by-project basis and depend on the scope of work required to bring it to fruition. Each project will vary greatly also, as will the requirements and input necessary to prepare for presentation to potential investors and of course, ultimately to transforming it from a good idea to a reality. As such it is unreasonable to suggest a fee structure without due consideration to and understanding of those requirements.

Nonetheless, it is our practice to minimise the financial impact on fledgling projects and being mindful not to jeopardise the projects ability to reach it's true potential.
